FAITH BASED SPEAKING REVIEWS"Serge LeClerc's message of Christ's unconditional forgiveness is moving and inspiring. His is the story of a man who has survived mistreatment, imprisonment, unimaginable abuse and was able to rise from the clutches of poverty, criminality, and despair to become a man respected in all walks of life. Currently serving as an elected Member of a Legislative Assembly his story and his message of redemption never fails to spark renewal amongst the disenfranchised, the forgotten, and those living lives of quiet desperation. It inspires individuals to make the choices needed to come back from the darkness of personal tragedy and pain." Chuck Colson, Founder, Prison Fellowship “…..An incredible message…..A powerful testimony” Dr. James Dobson, Focus on the Family “As men and women from around the world listened to Serge tell his riveting story, we knew we were witnessing a miracle of transformation.” Ronald W. Nikkel, President, Prison Fellowship International “…..a powerful, compelling life story. Serge LeClerc's life is extraordinary proof that the love of Christ sets people free." Rev. David Mainse, 100 Huntley Street - Crossroads Christian Broadcasting “He was a longtime prison inmate, evil and hard. But something has happened to him that only God can account for." Christian Week "I invited Serge LeClerc to one of the former churches I pastored and it was hard not to experience full range of emotions as he shared his life story with our people. His incredible testimony to the powerful grace of God will encourage you, and his evangelistic zeal will motivate you to be more vigilant on behalf of the youth of your community. Your youth and seniors alike will be rattled out of their complacency." Werner Peters, Westmount Park Church, Associated Gospel Churches of Canada "It is with grateful hearts we extend our thanks to you for the life and testimony shared with us the weekend of May 22 - 25, 2009. Serge, you have made an impact in our community to people that we would not have otherwise been able to reach, what a blessing to reach out into our community with such a compelling and riveting life story. The reality of a life (as the world would claim) of “misfortune” to be transformed by the power of God’s love is a living day miracle! While we may read of a changed life makes a certain impact, meeting and dialoguing with you up close and personal was something that will never be forgotten by many. To see you pour out your life with about 750 teenagers at St Mary’s Catholic High School and hold their attention for over an hour on a Friday afternoon was powerful. Issues such as drugs, drinking, sex and bullying were dealt with in a way that everyone got the message loud and clear. We then moved into the Brookside Detention Centre for young offenders where you met with all the boys and showed compassion and care that none of us could imagine. You held nothing back and related to those young men pleading with them in tough love to consider their choices and the direction they were taking them. Our church was blessed to have you challenge our congregation with direct facts and solid Biblical foundation. We have received some wonderful reports as you shared truth in love to so many. What a dramatic turn about in a person’s life that now gives others hope through your challenges. God is still changing lives today for all eternity.
Blessings to you." |
